🔁 Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

To request a return, contact us with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed
Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products
Products without original packaging
Change of mind orders
❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Please confirm your order carefully before placing it
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment
Customers who refuse delivery may be restricted from future orders

NoorGlow reserves the right to رفض any return request if conditions are not met
Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable

📌 Important Note:

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders. Only store credit will be issued

.إذا قام العميل بطلب باستخدام الدفع عند الاستلام (COD) وطلب استرداد المبلغ لأي سبب، فلن يتم استرداد المبلغ نقدًا.

في هذه الحالة، سيتم إصدار مبلغ الاسترداد على شكل رصيد في المتجر (Store Credit) يمكن استخدامه في عمليات الشراء المستقبلية من المتجر.

✔️ شروط الرصيد:

يمكن استخدام الرصيد فقط داخل المتجر

قد يكون له مدة صلاحية حسب سياسة المتجر

الرصيد غير قابل للاسترداد نقدًا أو التحويل إلى حساب بنكي

يتم إضافة الرصيد إلى حساب العميل بعد الموافقة على الطلب

لا نقدم استرداد نقدي لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، ويتم إصدار رصيد فقط في المتجر.
